I was going to make rice a roni. I decided to fry it on the frying pan on the stove first. When I finished doing that, I put the rest of it in a Microwave container to finish cooking in the microwave. While doing that I remembered that "La Raspa" does not happen in the microwave. Oh, darn! But I wish it would happen. So 20 mins later, I took out the dish out of the microwave, I took a spoon and mixed it and found "La Raspa" at the bottom of the dish. What a miracle.
